Brenda Roos

Ms. Brenda Roos has extensive experience in Human Resources and Office Administration Services, and thrives in a multi-tasked environment. She is extremely skilled in handling client issues with professionalism and sensitivity. She spent 9 years as Human Resources Coordinator, performing administrative and secretarial duties for the Director, Human Resources Branch. She was also the Reservations Clerk for The Empress Hotel for two years, which is probably where she developed her interpersonal skills with clients!
